Diane congratulates Gene Moore & Chris Vance on their new purchase and their participation in the great program that Diane and Tom Ross with Bay Equity Home Loans provides in the Unsung Heroes Program.

The special guest of the show is Jennifer Cooper, founder of the Love Society, whose organization helps several groups in need, including children in foster care, women's shelters, children's hospitals, and more! Having her in studio is a treat, as she explains events that led her from being an art teacher to this calling. They focus on providing gifts and activities to engage with these groups in need and reach out in unique ways beyond a typical non profit.
